Workflow — what happens, when, and where partners are involved
This page outlines how Türkiye Citizenship by Investment (CBI) execution is handled operationally, including control points, partner touchpoints, and escalation logic.
info Detailed checklists and templates are provided through the Partner Starter Kit.
Execution Overview
Execution follows a four-stage progression, with controls applied at every transition point. Our model is designed to:
- check_circle surface eligibility and valuation risks before filing
- check_circle maintain partner visibility on material decisions
- check_circle reduce avoidable delays and rework
- check_circle document each step for auditability and partner review
Four-Stage Progression
Every case is gated. We do not advance to filing until pre-filing controls (Intake & Controls) are validated and signed off by the partner firm.
Execution Matrix
| Stage | What happens | Key risks addressed | Partner touchpoint | Typical outputs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Intake | Scope definition, pathway selection, checklist alignment, escalation thresholds | Scope mismatch, pathway misalignment | Partner confirms scope and expectations | Intake checklist, agreed pathway, escalation framework |
| 2. Controls | Eligibility screening, valuation integrity review, documentation readiness | Ineligible assets, valuation gaps, missing documentation | Partner notified before proceeding if risks are identified | Eligibility confirmation or escalation notice |
| 3. Filing | Execution readiness, submission coordination, milestone tracking | Filing errors, incomplete submissions | Partner sign-off where required; receives updates | Submission confirmation, tracking ID |
| 4. Completion | Monitoring, issue resolution, approval tracking, archival documentation | Post-filing delays, regulatory requests | Partner informed of approvals or material issues | Approval notice, archival pack |
