Institutional execution platform for citizenship & residency
Independence Framework
Upiglobe operates as an independent execution platform designed to support professional partner firms without competing for clients or advisory positioning. Independence is not a statement of intent — it is enforced through operational structure, scope definition, and documented controls.
Client Relationship Ownership
Partner firms retain full ownership of the client relationship, including:
- • advisory positioning
- • client communication strategy
- • commercial terms
- • ongoing relationship management
Upiglobe does not provide retail advisory services, market directly to end-clients, or position itself as a client-facing brand.
Scope Separation
Each engagement begins with a documented scope that defines:
- • execution responsibilities
- • reporting cadence
- • escalation thresholds
- • decision points requiring partner confirmation
This ensures execution activity remains clearly separated from advisory and sales functions at all times.
Conflict Management
Potential conflicts of interest are addressed through:
- • early disclosure during onboarding
- • role separation across professional capacities
- • refusal to execute cases where boundaries cannot be maintained
Where individuals associated with Upiglobe hold external professional roles, those roles are separate, non-overlapping, and operationally isolated from platform execution activities.
Decision Transparency
All material decisions affecting execution — including eligibility concerns, valuation issues, compliance flags, or timeline risks — are:
- • escalated to partners according to agreed thresholds
- • documented within the case record
- • resolved only after partner alignment
Execution does not proceed unilaterally when partner exposure or reputation is at risk.
Why This Matters to Partners
This independence framework ensures that:
"Independence allows Upiglobe to function as a true execution layer, not a competing advisory entity."
